• IMPORTANT - Before returning items to be exchanged due to defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us by filling out the exchange form

• You have 14 days from the shipping date to return defective or damaged merchandise.
• Non-broken and non-defectieve items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. So please be careful when opening package.
• Exchanges are for the same items only unless the same "EXACT" item is no longer in stock or available. If same item is not available, you will be contacted by email or postal mail in order to choose a replacement item. Again... we do not do exchanges of different items, colors, etc....
• Please place a copy of your receipt in the box and note the items being returned. This helps to expedite the process and eliminate mistakes.
